The Big Grrrl dance trend currently has over a billion views.

Lizzo is doing it for the Big Girls. The Grammy-award-winning singer and actor recently added reality show creator to her lists of expertise with the Amazon Prime Video show Lizzo's Watch Out for the Big Grrrls. In the series, the multi-talented performer works alongside her touring team and choreographer to search for new backup dancers for her Bonnaroo performance and tour. A celebration of fat bodies and dancers of all sizes, Lizzo recently posted to her Instagram her excitement about the trending success of the recently premiered show and the viral dance challenge it spurred on TikTok. 

In the post, the Hustlers actor wrote, “We shut DOWN Hollywood blvd (IN HEELS) last night in celebration of WATCH OUT FOR THE BIG GRRRLS—it’s been crazy watching the world do our dance.” A carousel of images and TikTok videos showed several talented plus-sized dancers re-creating the dance choreographed by Jemel McWilliams that was made popular on the reality dancing show.
